Benefitting the
TAYLOR MEMORIAL FUND

*** The month of October is domestic violence awareness month -- a great time to show your support by making a donation to the Taylor Memorial Fund at ACTIVEGIVING.COM ***

COMPETITIVE BASKETBALL, GREAT CAUSE!

After two years of supporting the Taylor sisters who tragically lost their parents to domestic violence in 2009, we established a new fund in 2011 to support other children across the state of Maine who also lose their parents to domestic violence. Proceeds from the 6th Annual Taylor Tip-Off will benefit the Taylor Memorial Fund and we greatly appreciate your support.

The Maine Athletic Club makes this tournament possible each year by wrapping up its fall basketball league with this fund raising event. It allows players, coaches, officials, parents and fans to enjoy competitive basketball while supporting young, innocent victims of domestic violence. The champions of this tournament are not necessarily be the best basketball players with the most points scored, the best jump shot, or the toughest defense. The champions of the Taylor Tip-Off are the teams raising the most money for the Taylor Memorial Fund, supporting young victims of domestic violence.

Taylor Tip-Off was started by Maine Swish basketball and Mark Leclerc in 2009. http://www.active.com/donate/TTO-2014FAMILY_STORIES.htmlSPONSORSHIPS_DONATIONS.htmlmailto:eclerck@aol.com?subject=Taylor%20Tip-Offshapeimage_1_link_0shapeimage_1_link_1shapeimage_1_link_2shapeimage_1_link_3
